CHAPTER Saf-C 1700  INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION PLAN RULES

 

REVISION NOTE:

 

          Document #13379, effective 5-23-22, readopted with amendment Chapter Saf-C 1700 titled “International Registration Plan Rules”, which contained Part Saf-C 1701 through Saf-C 1703 pursuant to RSA 260:73, as amended by 2019, 98:2, effective 6-21-19, which exempts the rules from RSA 541-A. 

 

          Chapter Saf-C 1700 had previously been adopted by Document #10136, effective 5-23-12, which had contained Part Saf-C 1701 through Part Saf-C 1713 pursuant to RSA 260:74 and RSA 260:75, when the rules were subject to RSA 541-A.  RSA 260:74 and RSA 260:75 were subsequently repealed by 2019, 98:3, I and II, effective 6-21-19.  Chapter Saf-C 1700 in Document #13379 then superseded the former Chapter Saf-C 1700 before the rules filed under Document #10136 could expire on 5-23-22.

 

          Document #13379 extensively amended the rules filed in Document #10136 and replaced all prior filings affecting rules in the former Chapter Saf-C 1700.  The prior filings included the following documents:

PART Saf-C 1701  INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

 

          Saf-C 1701.01  Agreement.  Under the authority provided by RSA 260:73, the “International Registration Plan” approved by International Registration Plan, Inc., on January 1, 2022, available as noted in Appendix A, provides for registration reciprocity among member jurisdictions.

PART Saf-C 1703  DISPUTES REGARDING FEES AND CHARGES

 

          Saf-C 1703.01  Hearings on Fees and Charges.  Any person who wishes to dispute fees or charges against him or her by the state under this subdivision shall be entitled to a hearing before the commissioner or his or her designee in accordance with the hearing process established by RSA 260:44, II, which shall be liberally construed so as to also apply to this subdivision.
