CHAPTER Saf-C 2900 REGIONAL FUEL TAX AGREEMENT

PART Saf-C 2901 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

Saf-C 2901.01 Agreement. Under the authority provided by RSA 21-P:14, VI, the commissioner hereby incorporates by reference the regional fuel tax agreement, 1994 edition, as ratified by member jurisdictions.

Saf-C 2901.02 Applicability.

(a) All persons operating one or more qualified motor vehicles in 2 or more member jurisdictions shall comply with the regional fuel tax agreement.

(b) For the purposes of this rule"qualified motor vehicle" means a vehicle having a gross registered weight of 10,000 or omore pounds if New Hampshire registered, or 10,001 or more pounds if non-New Hampshire registered. Qualified motor vehicle does not include recretional vehicles or vehicles owned by the United States, its agencies or instrumentalities, or any state city, town, county, school district or village district, or any foreign country.

PART Saf-C 2902 COPIES OF REGIONAL FUEL TAX AGREEMENT

Saf-C 2902.01 Requests. A person may request a copy of the regional fuel tax agreement by writing to the department of safety, road toll administration, James H. Hayes Building, 33 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03305.
