PART Tre 101  DEFINITIONS

 

          Tre 101.01  "Treasurer" means the treasurer of the state of New Hampshire duly elected by the general court of New Hampshire pursuant to Const. N.H., Pt 2, Art. 67, RSA 6:1 and RSA 14:2-b.

PART Tre 102  DESCRIPTION OF THE TREASURY

 

          Tre 102.01  Location of the Treasury.  The treasury is located at:

 

State House Annex, Room 121

          Tre 102.03  Treasury Organization.  The treasury shall be organized as follows:

 

          (a)  The office of investment and debt management, which shall:

 

(1)  Be under the direction of the chief deputy treasurer acting as the executive director of the office; and

 

(2)  Manage the state's investments, debt, cash flow and any other functions assigned by the treasurer.

 

          (b)  The program of management and disbursements, established by the treasurer which shall:

 

(1)  Be under the direction of an assistant treasurer managing the programs; and

 

(2)  Administer state disbursements, account reconciliation, human resources, budgeting, and any other duties assigned by the treasurer.

 

          (c)  The management information systems program, established by the treasurer, which shall:

 

(1)  Be under the direction of an information technology manager acting as the manager of the program; and

 

(2)  Manage systems development, maintenance, technical support and any other duties assigned by the treasurer.

 

          (d)  The abandoned property division, established by the treasurer, which shall:

 

(1)  Be under the direction of the director of the abandoned property division; and

 

(2)  Manage the abandoned property program and any other duties assigned by the treasurer.

PART Tre 103  OBTAINING INFORMATION FROM THE TREASURY

 

          Tre 103.01  Requests for Information.  Consistent with RSA 91-A, information relating to the treasury is available for public inspection during normal working hours. Information that is available for public inspection may be copied at a cost of $.20 per page to be paid by the person requesting the information.
