Education: B.A. Mills College; Masters from Boston University

Professional & Community Affiliations: Board member of Strawberry Banke Museum, vice chair of the Portsmouth Historic Society, advisor to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and as a member of the board and past president of Scenic America. She was recently elected vice chair of the Women’s Fund of New Hampshire and is a board member of Americans for Campaign Reform.

Family: The Senator and her husband, Dr. Geoffrey Clark, have lived in Portsmouth since 1973 and are the proud parents of three adult children, Caleb, Nathaniel and Anna, and grandparents of Scarlett and Emerson Clark.
