It shall be the duty of the Committee on Public Works and Highways to consider all matters pertaining to the development and repair of public highways; the Highway Fund; the Turnpike Fund; buildings and capital construction; the capital budget; matters pertaining to state bonding authority; capital expenditures related to the improvement and preservation of the coastline; the care of state memorials and monuments; and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Personal Biography
I have been a State Representative for the past 2 terms. My voting record as a conservative is 97-100%. While in Concord, I have served on seven different committees. My first term I was on the Environment & Agriculture committee.
