STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to the Connecticut River Valley resource commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

24:1 Commission Established; Administratively Attached. Amend RSA 227-E:3 to read as follows:

227-E:3 Commission Established; Administratively Attached. There is established the Connecticut River Valley resource commission. The commission shall be administratively attached to the [office of energy and planning] department of environmental services pursuant to RSA 21-G:10.

24:2 Power and Duties. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 227-E:6 to read as follows:

227-E:6 Power and Duties. In performing its duties, the commission shall cooperate with the [office of energy and planning] department of environmental services and shall conform its activities with any state comprehensive plan. The commission shall:

24:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
