21-J:25 Powers of Magistrates to Issue Subpoenas in Proceedings of the Commissioner. –
Justices of the peace and all other magistrates empowered to issue subpoenas and compel the attendance of witnesses in the courts of this state shall have the same power to compel their attendance and the production of evidence in any proceeding before the commissioner.
