CHAPTER 34 CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS FOR CITIES
Section 34:14
34:14 Definition. –
Where the words "trustees of trust funds" are used herein they shall be construed to mean the board in any city which is charged, by the city charter, with duties of town trustees of trust funds.
