Section 44:19
44:19 Applicability of Election Laws. –
Cities holding elections on days other than those of state elections shall be governed by the provisions of RSA 658 and 659 in the choice of city and ward officers insofar as such provisions are not inconsistent with city charter provisions or other state statutes.
