ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 546-B:1-a
546-B:1-a State Tribunal and Support Enforcement Agency. –
I. The circuit court, the department of health and human services, or a combination, are the tribunals of this state.
II. The department of health and human services, division of child support services, is the support enforcement agency of this state.
