ADMINISTRATORS AND THEIR APPOINTMENT
Nonresident Administrator to Appoint Agent
Section 553:27
553:27 Vacancy. –
If an agent removes from the state, or becomes incapacitated to act, or there is a vacancy in the agency from any cause, the administrator shall immediately appoint another agent in like manner.
