655:19-a Filing Fee for Presidential Candidates Who File Nomination Papers. –
At the time of filing declarations of intent, each candidate for president who seeks nomination by nomination papers shall pay to the secretary of state a single fee of $250 for himself and his vice-presidential candidate.
