Nurseries and Nursery Stock
Section 433:29
433:29 Nursery Inspection. –
A nursery inspector shall inspect any nursery as determined necessary by the director. Nurseries shall be accessible at reasonable times for inspection. Nursery inspectors shall verify that nursery stock requirements are in compliance with RSA 433:28.
