Foreclosure of Power of Sale Mortgage, or Sale Under the Power
Section 479:24
479:24 Confirmation of Sale. –
Any person interested may intervene or be summoned and heard on such proceedings, and the order of the court confirming the sale shall be conclusive evidence as against all persons that the power was duly executed.
