ARTICLE 4 Powers of Credit Unions
Section 383-E:4-411
383-E:4-411 Advantageous Federal Powers.
A credit union shall have and may exercise any power, right, benefit or privilege, now or hereafter authorized for federal credit unions by federal legislation, regulation or ruling, provided that, if federal law requires a federal credit union to apply to the National Credit Union Administration before exercising a power, the credit union shall make the same application to the commissioner for permission to exercise such power.
