occupational therapists, respiratory care practitioners, athletic trainers, and
physical therapists was transferred to the Office of Licensed Allied Health
Professionals and the Governing Boards of those professions. The existing rules in these areas of the
Board of Medicine remain in effect pursuant to 1997, 287:57, effective 1-1-98,
until amended, replaced or repealed by the Board of
Directors of the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals and the
respective Governing Boards.
