NOTE:
The
Governing Board of Occupational Therapists was established under RSA 328-F:3, I
pursuant to 1997, 287:1 and 287:5, effective 1-1-98. This legislation transferred responsibility over
occupational therapists under RSA 326-C from the Board of Medicine to the
Governing Board of Occupational Therapists and the Office of Licensed Allied
Health Professionals under RSA 326-C and RSA 328-F.
Pursuant
to 1997, 287:58, effective 1-1-98, the existing administrative rules of the
Board of Medicine (see Med 700) relative to occupational therapists under RSA
326-C shall remain in effect until amended, replaced, or repealed through
adoption of rules by the Board of Directors of the Office of Licensed Allied
Health Professionals under RSA 328-F:13 and the Governing Board of Occupational
Therapists under RSA 328-F:11, II and RSA 326-C:11.
