802.01 Definitions.
(a)
"Bank" means a trust company, mutual savings bank, guaranty
savings bank, cooperative bank, building and loan association, and savings and
loan association chartered pursuant to the laws of the state of

order to convert to another type of state charter pursuant to RSA 394-A:10
shall be the same as the procedures set forth in RSA 389-A.
