CHAPTER Phy 200 PROCEDURAL RULES

REVISION NOTE:

Document #12993, effective 2-22-20, repealed all of the former rules in Chapter Phy 200 and adopted a new rule Phy 201 titled “Applicability of Ahp 200” containing Phy 201.01 titled “Rules of Practice and Procedure.”

Document #12993 replaced all prior filings for the former Chapter Phy 200. The prior filings affecting the former Chapter Phy 200 included the following documents:

#9040, eff 11-28-07

#9041, eff 11-28-07, EXPIRED 11-28-15 (in Phy 202, 214, 218 and 219)

#10201, eff 10-29-12

As practice and procedure rules, the rules in Chapter Phy 200 in Document #12993 will not expire except pursuant to RSA 541-A:17, II.

Part 201 PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

Phy 201.01 Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Ahp 200 rules shall govern with regards to all procedures for:

(a) The receipt of misconduct complaints;

(b) The conduct of disciplinary proceedings;

(c) Rulemaking petitions and disposition of rulemaking petitions;

(d) Public comment hearings;

(e) Declaratory rulings;

(f) Explanation of adopted rules; and

(g) Voluntary surrender of licenses.
