METHODOLOGY:

This bill requires all municipalities and school governing bodies to post on their official town or school website within 30 days the amount of funds received by the state either by allocation or grant.

The New Hampshire Municipal Association states the fiscal impact is an indeterminable increase on local expenditures as not all municipalities have official town or school websites.  To the extend a new website needs to be built to comply with this bill, the municipality will have an increase in expenditures.

It is assumed the fiscal impact from this bill will not occur until FY 2025.
