AN ACT removing gray squirrels from the definition of game animals.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Game Animals; Gray Squirrel Removed. Amend RSA 207:1, X to read as follows:
X. Game Animals: Moose, bear, caribou, elk, deer, wild rabbit, and hare [and gray squirrel].
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
