This bill repeals provisions relative to clerical personnel assisting veterinary examiners and also repeals provisions relative to contagious equine metritis.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to the oversight of the commissioner of the department of agriculture, markets, and food.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 425:14, relative to the supervision of clerical personnel of veterinary examiners.
II. RSA 436:110-RSA 436:114, relative to procedures for equines imported from contagious equine metritis (CEM) countries.
III. RSA 6:12, I(b)(47), relative to the contagious equine metritis fund.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
