STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to the price of Lucky 7 tickets.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Lucky 7 Tickets; Price. Amend RSA 287-E:20, II to read as follows:
II. The price of any lucky 7 ticket pack or ticket card shall not exceed [$1] $10, provided that at any location where a charitable organization offers $1 tickets or higher for sale the charitable organization shall also offer $.50 tickets for sale.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
