First Meeting:  The members of the advisory council shall elect a chairperson from among the members. Meetings of the advisory council shall be called by the chairperson as necessary
Quorum:  7 Members
Report:  The advisory council shall file an annual report of its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation with the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the chairperson of the senate education and workforce development committee, the chairperson of the house education committee, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1.
