STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to terminating legislative study commissions that do not meet or report.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Legislative Study Commissions; Termination. Amend RSA 14:49, II by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) A codified legislative study commission that has not met or filed a report for 5 years, shall be terminated. Upon notification by the speaker of the house and the senate president, a terminated legislative study commission shall be omitted from publication in the Revised Statutes Annotated.
