STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to legal services by paraprofessionals.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Attorneys and Counselors; Legal Services by Paraprofessionals. Amend 2022, 194:4, I to read as follows:
I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect January 1, [2025] 2030.
2 Repeal. RSA 311:2-a, II, relative to restricting paraprofessional representation to certain courts, is repealed.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
