Committee Detail
First Meeting:  The first meeting of the commission shall be held within 45 days of the effective date of this section
Quorum:  Seven members of the commission shall constitute a quorum
Report:  The commission shall submit interim reports on November 1 of each year beginning November 1, 2020 containing its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation and a final report on or before November 1, 2024 to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library. Interim Report Filed October 29, 2020. Interim Report Filed November 1, 2022. Interim Report Filed November 1, 2023.
