Committee Detail
First Meeting:  The first meeting of the commission shall be held within 45 days of the effective date of this section and be called by the first-named senate member.
Quorum:  A majority of members named to the commission shall constitute a quorum.
Report:  The commission shall submit a preliminary report including its findings, including its recommended site for the secured youth development center, and any recommendations for proposed legislation on or before November 1, 2023 and a final report on or before November 1, 2024 to the speaker of the house of representatives; the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.
